  • Room Block 
    TPS has a special room block rate with the hotel. Once you have registered, your confirmation email will contain the link to book.

  • Airport Information 
    If you are flying in, the Gaylord Texan Resort to DFW Airport involves a short 4 to 6-mile drive taking about 10 minutes. For Dallas Love Field (DAL), the distance is roughly 20 miles and takes about 30 minutes
  • Parking 
    $24.65 plus 8.25% tax for self-parking and $41.65 plus 8.25% tax for valet.

Friday, October 23. 2026 - 10 am -7 pm
Saturday, October 24. 2026 - 7 am - 7 pm
Sunday, October 25. 2026 - 7 am - Noon

Pricing Includes:

Booth locations are assigned after September 19th.
TPS reserves the right to adjust the layout or limit the space allotted to each Exhibitor, postpone the exhibition, or transfer it to another site if unforeseen circumstances warrant such action.

PAYMENT TERMS
Exhibitors must submit contract online and abide by payment terms below:
• Prior to September 19, 2026 must submit a 50% deposit with its contract, with the balance paid by October 1.
• After September 19, 2026, exhibitors must submit full payment at the time of contract submission. No refunds.
• Full refunds, less a 25% processing fee will be granted if requested in writing and postmarked on or before September 19, 2026 No exceptions to this policy will be made.
