• Airport Information 
  If you are flying in, the Gaylord Texan Resort to DFW Airport involves a short 4 to 6-mile drive taking about 10 minutes. For Dallas Love Field (DAL), the distance is roughly 20 miles and takes about 30 minutes

• Parking 
  $24.65 plus 8.25% tax for self-parking and $41.65 plus 8.25% tax for valet.

Cancellation Policy: 
- 25% Cancellation fee before September 16th, 2026
- 50% Cancellation fee between September 17th, 2026 – October 1st, 2026
- There is no refund for cancellations after October 2nd, 2026
